How fast is your turn around?

I am an agent, do I have to show up during the photo shoot?
No, you and the house owner both do not need to show up during the shooting time, however if you feel more comfortable you are welcome stay with the photography during the shooting period.
What should we do to prepare the home for photography?
Please keep in mind that the photographer's schedule does not allow for him to spend time tidying the house or moving pieces of furniture. It is up to you or the homeowner to ensure that the home is photo-ready.
How can I keep the photos for using in my brochures, newspaper ads and other printed material?
You will receive a link which allows you to download the photos.
Cancellation, Rechedule, return and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know 24 business hours (Monday- Friday 9am-5pm) ahead of time to avoid being charged a cancellation fee at a rate of $60/hour. Each regular photography service will take around one hour.
